An old, traditional samian house, with a view over the sea from a distance of 500 metres, situated in the centre of the Ano Agios settlement. The house is easily accessible by car and is located next to the Agios Konstantinos church, where the village has taken its name from, back in the 19th century.
The house needs restoration but the necessary building permit is already issued (an important thing for Greece). The house can be directly sold to an interested party, with the building permit. Also, the owner is looking for a co-investor, to renovate the house together and then share the property and exploit it together (staying or renting it). The owner is flexible, allowing for different ways of payments (e.g. by installments) or negotiating other possible options.
